1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ph62f Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph62f Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the ph62f Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access to ph62f is permitted by applicable law.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ph62f Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph62f, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph62f Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph62f or any relevant regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on ph62f, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ph62f Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your ph62f account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your ph62f account, whether or not authorized by you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph62f supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are subject to the payment method selected and are detailed in the ph62f banking section.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on ph62f:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• ph62f reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• ph62f is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to ph62f support immediately. ph62f will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

ph62f does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph62f bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph62f offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your ph62f bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• ph62f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph62f Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph62f Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ph62f or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph62f Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph62f Platform without the prior written consent of ph62f.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph62f, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph62f Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph62f's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph62f account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph62f does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph62f is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits : Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph62f account.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

ph62f reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 (Eligibility).
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, ph62f will return any verified, unencumbered balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to ph62f, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements. Balances associated with bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph62f Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph62f operates within a PAGCOR-aligned regulatory framework. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ph62f may escalate their concern to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph62f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph62f will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ph62f Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
